Trust Center
The Trust Center is the public operating standard for medical boundaries, provider claims, fees, translation, privacy, complaints, insurance limits, and content evidence.
Cross-border medical coordination is sensitive. This page explains who makes decisions, what can be coordinated, what remains conditional, and which claims require evidence before publication.
No hospital, doctor, insurer, certification, patient volume, price, case result, or partnership should be published until verified and authorised.
Operating standards
These are the core trust topics that should remain consistent across every page and form.
Medical decisions are made only by licensed hospitals and physicians. Hangzhou Health Journey does not diagnose, prescribe, decide clinical suitability, guarantee acceptance, or determine treatment.
Providers should be matched by clinical relevance, documented capability, availability, language support needs, location, patient safety, and written cooperation status. Real provider names must remain unpublished until contracted and authorised.
Quotes should separate coordination services, medical provider fee categories, travel and stay costs, optional experiences, and items marked [TO BE VERIFIED]. Refund rules must be written before payment and reviewed before publication.
Interpretation and translation should prioritise accuracy, confidentiality, source-document traceability, and clear distinction between medical provider statements and coordination notes. Language capacity remains [TO BE VERIFIED].
Medical records should be collected with explicit consent, minimum necessary access, controlled permissions, secure storage, retention limits, deletion procedures, and auditability. Sensitive files should not be routed through ordinary marketing workflows.
If symptoms worsen, new urgent signs appear, or travel safety changes, the plan must be paused and reassessed. Emergency symptoms should be handled through local emergency systems or local hospitals first.
The service should provide a clear complaint channel, response owner, expected acknowledgement window, escalation path, and documentation trail. Final policy and responsible contacts remain [TO BE VERIFIED].
This website does not guarantee insurance reimbursement, direct billing, pre-authorisation, or claim acceptance. Any insurer relationship, direct billing arrangement, or reimbursement assistance must remain [TO BE VERIFIED].
Provider Profile template
This is a placeholder template for future provider pages. Real names must not be published until contracts, authorisations, and claim approvals are complete.
Content Review
Every medical, provider, fee, privacy, insurance, and country-market page should have a visible internal review status before publication.
Content Review
Content is being written or structured. It may contain placeholders and cannot be treated as publishable medical or legal content.
Content Review
A qualified medical reviewer has checked clinical wording, risk boundaries, and whether medical claims are appropriately limited.
Content Review
Legal or compliance review has checked disclaimers, privacy language, provider claims, advertising risk, and jurisdiction-sensitive wording.
Content Review
Content is approved for public use in the specified language, with review date, owner, and evidence register entry recorded.
Evidence register
The register records the source, reviewer, last update, and status for public claims. The first entries are placeholders until formal owners are appointed.
