Meinian Health Industry Group Co., Ltd. (A-share: SZ002044, “Meinian Health”) was founded in 2004 and is a major health checkup and medical service group in China, headquartered in Shanghai. The group operates four health checkup brands: Meinian Health, Ciming, Ciming Oasis, and MJ Health. By the end of 2022, Meinian Health had 611 checkup centres across more than 300 cities in mainland China. With health checkups as its core business, Meinian Health integrates health consultation, health assessment, and health management. Its nationwide service network, large customer base, professional health data resources, and standardised medical service system support health management services for corporate and individual clients in preventive medicine, precision screening, chronic disease management, and health insurance-related services. In recent years, Meinian Health has strengthened digital capabilities for full-cycle health management. The group has launched the Bianque intelligent checkup management SAAS platform, laboratory information management system (LIS), and picture archiving and communication system (PACS), supporting more digital and intelligent management across the checkup process. Around preventive medicine and health management, Meinian Health works with partners to build a broader healthcare ecosystem across oral care, ENT and ophthalmology-related specialist services, chronic disease management, genetic testing, internet hospitals, traditional Chinese medicine, health big data, and health insurance. The group’s mission is to safeguard life and health through a full-cycle digital health service platform.
